Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-05 · In effect from 4 October 2026
Sivo is provided by Ankit Agarwal trading as Mirqon Technologies. This explains what we do with personal data. You can reach us at hello@getsivo.com.
Two different roles
For our own customers — the clinics and businesses who hold accounts — we are the data controller. That covers account details, billing, and our correspondence with you.
For anyone who contacts one of our clients — by telephone, through a chat widget on their website, or on any other channel Sivo powers for them — we are a processor acting on that client’s instructions. If you reached a business and its Sivo agent answered, that business decides what happens to your information, and your first point of contact is them. We will help them answer you.
What we collect
- Account holders. Name, email address, telephone number, business details, and the settings you configure. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
- People who get in touch. The telephone number or account you contacted us from, your name and contact details if you give them, a written transcript of the conversation, and details of any appointment or request. Where the conversation is a telephone call, the audio is handled by the platform that connects it; we do not store recordings ourselves.
- Everyone. Ordinary technical information such as pages visited and error reports, so the service can be operated and fixed.
The agent is not designed to collect sensitive information, including health information, and clients should not configure it to ask for any. Someone may volunteer it. Where that happens it is held under the same protections as everything else in the transcript and used only to pass the message on.
Why, and on what basis
- To provide the service — answering calls, passing on messages, making bookings. For account holders this is performance of our contract. For callers, it is the legitimate interests of the clinic in answering its telephone.
- To bill you and keep records — contract, and our legal obligations.
- To keep the service secure and working — our legitimate interests.
- To send you marketing about Sivo — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Messages about your own account, your billing and your usage are not marketing and are sent as part of the service.
Who else sees it
We use providers in the categories below to run the service. They act on our instructions and we remain responsible for your data. Our clients can ask us at any time for the current list of named providers, and we notify them before we add one so they can object.
| AI language model | Conducting the conversation |
| Voice and messaging platforms | Handling calls and conversations across the channels you use |
| Telephone networks | Numbers and call connection |
| Cloud hosting and database | Running the service and storing your records |
| Email delivery | Sending email on your behalf |
| Payments | Taking payment and issuing invoices |
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the contents of conversations to train AI models.
Where it goes
The database holding call records runs in the United Kingdom. Some of the providers above are based outside the UK, so data is transferred to them. Where it is, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or another lawful safeguard.
How long we keep it
Call records and account information are kept while the account is open, because they are the client’s record of who called and what was said. After an account closes we delete or return them on request.
Billing records are kept for six years, which UK tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
If you reached one of our clients and their agent answered, ask that business first — it is their record. We will help them respond.
Write to hello@getsivo.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The portal sets cookies that keep you signed in and remember which organisation you are viewing. They are necessary for it to work and are not used for advertising or tracking.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email to your billing contact and post the new version here.
